Configuration of tDynamo from Default keys to Production keys¶

Configuration of the tDynamo Device:

First we need to install Magtek Reader Configuration Program. Click here to Download

Reader Configuration App

Once installed, you will run this app (with the reader/device connected via USB).

Connect your tDynamo device to the machine or laptop.

Connect tDynamo

Now run the app that has been installed i.e., Launch Magtek Reader Configuration app.

Connect tDynamo

Click on Use Public Account.

Once your device which is connected to your machine is identified, the device list shows up with the connected device.

Device Recognition

Now Click on Reader Config Options drop-down and select ENC_VARIANT_PIN.

Select EMV

Click on Change Config.

Select Change Config

Click on Reset.

Select Reset

The tDynamo device is reset and you can hear the beep sound.

Select Reset
