Loading of CAPK files on DynaPro Go

The following are the steps to change CAPK configuration for DynaPro Go devices.

Launch 'EMV Tags Configurator.exe', that has been installed or follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download the DynaPro EMV Configuration

Step 2: Launch 'DynaPro-EMV-Update.exe' to unzip all pertinent files. Choose a location where you want to extract the files, then hit 'Unzip'.

This extracts a folder called 'DynaPro-EMV-Update'. It contains the configurator application in .exe format, and two files containing the EMV tags in .xml format.

Step 3: After launching the DynaPro EMV Configuration App, When the device is ready, hit 'Next' on the wizard.

Step 4: select CAPK download option.

Step 5: Click Start

The wizard will prompt you to load to the capK file(s) containing the EMV tags. Browse to the provided 'EMV Tags' folder, then select the file depending upon the requirement that needs to be set on the device.

We have 4 files for each currency, load them all. If any file shows an error, ignore, and proceed to the rest.

CAPK Files:

Canadian Dollar (CAD) - Download the following files:


Dominican Peso (DOP):


United States Dollar (USD):


Mexican Peso (MXN):


The CAPK file gets uploaded and the status of CAPK Update Successful will be displayed in the Device Activity Info window.
