Troubleshooting DynaPro Go device - No Host Connection

Sometimes DynaPro Go devices are not recognized by the computer and the user may have to troubleshoot.

The DynaPro Go Device should always display with the Welcome message on the Terminal Interface indicating that the terminal is connected and ready.

Connect DynaPro Go

When the Terminal Interface displays with No Host Connection message, then the user has to reverify the terminal connection by checking the USB and/or Bluetooth connection and try again. If this problem persists, please try with another USB Cable to see if the No Host Connection message is resolved. If not, please contact customer support.
