Add Issuance Rule

This screen allows user to create a new Issuance Rule.

The screen can be accessed by clicking Add button in the Issuance Rules screen

The screen contains the following elements:

Add Issuance Rule

  1. Offer Description — Field to enter a description of the loyalty point offer
  2. Valid From Date/Time and Valid To Date/Time — Dropdowns to select how long the issuance rule is valid
  3. Currency — Dropdown to select the currency for the rule to be issued
  4. Points Type — Dropdown to select the type of the points being issued - Flat or Multiplier
  5. Flat Points/Multiply Points — Field to enter the number of points or point multiplier depending on the selected points type
  6. By Tier — Dropdown to select the loyalty tier level for point issuance
  7. By Channel — Channel dropdown to select a channel in which the loyalty points can be issued
  8. By Product — dropdown to associate a product with loyalty point issuance
  9. By Payment method — dropdown to select a payment method by which the loyalty points can be issued
  10. By Quantity — Quantity From and Quantity To fields to limit point issuance by minimum/maximum quantity
  11. By Amount — From Amount and To Amount fields to enter to limit point issuance by minimum/maximum amount
  12. Bonus Points — Bonus Points/offer and Bonus Points/Day fields with radio buttons to select the related field
  13. Expiration — Switch for toggling point expiration. If enabled, the rule never expires; if disabled, the user has to specify the period in Expiration (In Months) field
  14. Offer Redemption — Dropdown to select a maximum number of times the rule can be triggered.
  15. Minimum Amount with Maximum Duration — Checkbox if selected has to enter the values in the fields Min Amount Required, Max Duration(in months) for the offer to be applied
  16. Cancel — Takes the user back to the Issuance Rules screen without adding the new issuance rule.
  17. Save — Disabled by default. Saves the new issuance rule and takes the user back to the Issuance Rules screen.

A success message displays on the Issuance Rules screen if the rule is saved successfully.
