Account Lookup

Account Lookup Menu

The Account Lookup menu and page is hidden for the System Admin role users.

The page contains the following elements:

Account Lookup

  1. Encounter Number — Field to enter the Encounter Number.
  2. Account Number — Field to enter the Account Number.
  3. Clear — Button to clear the Encounter Number and/or the Account Number field values.
  4. Find — Button to fetch the records upon entering the Encounter Number or Account Number.

After entering the Account Number or Encounter Number, clicking upon the Find button, the record is fetched and the page contains the following elements.

Account Lookup

  1. Show Entries — A dropdown to change the number of rows displayed in the table.
  2. A dynamic search box that will show rows matching the user-entered criteria.
  3. Table containing the information of the patient records.
  4. A pager to go between pages in case there are more rows than what will fit on the screen.

When the user enters the Amount in the Amount field, the Total Amount field will reflect the user entered amount and the Make A Payment button will display.

Clicking upon the Make A Payment button, the user is directed to the Make A Payment page.

Clicking upon the Make A Payment link, the user is directed to the Make A Payment page where the user can make payments.
